Honestly it sounds really really fun to do that. When I was younger that was my ultimate dream, haha, to be a merch girl. BUT now i am a slave to media sites that I work on and have to do the interviewing and reviewing.
Haha I always wanted to do music reviews and interview bands because I love supporting local music and, in general, I just like hanging out with musicians. For the most part it is but there are always good and bad days, like with any job. Its more of a fun favor I do for friends, but still. I try my best to make sure I can be there for bands when they call me and I feel really guilty when I have to cancel.
I want Gabriel to come back for the musical episode
And I want him to play Heat of the Moment and let Sam flip his shit for a minute and go into ‘Protect Dean At All Costs’ mode. Then everyone’s fav archangel strolls in like
You’re lucky you’re on that end of the deal and not on the side that has to interview them… SO many awkward encounters.
Haha I used to interview bands in high school, and I honestly loved it. Unless I had zero clue as to who the band was or anything about their sound, then it was awkward as hell! Yeah I like merching for bands but sometimes it can be annoying, especially when I work with a group of bands and one of the guys decides to play the game of “how easily can i get in the merch girl’s pants?” Its a total crap shoot but when I work for my buddies its an absolute blast.
